I prefer a line length of 120, which according to some of the replies, makes me a monster who loves making it hard for people to read

Locally config prettier for your editor to use a wider one. Then reformat back before committing!

Are there any plugins that use prettier to reformat as you resize the editor? That would be cool. (And then save to disk using defaults)

Screen size is not the only consideration. There is a reason books are formatted in portrait and not landscape.
