I want to see more libraries disguised as babel plugins. Put more at compile-time and less at runtime FTW!

I *think* some of the optimizations that emotion runs are not possible with prepack. e.g. css('foo-1234', []) => 'foo-1234'
I mean Prepack doesn't currently support DOM primitives. But if it did there's no reason it couldn't reduce that.

That css fn is imported from emotion just as an example btw. I think this just reinforces the fact that prepack handles this.
