I want to see more libraries disguised as babel plugins. Put more at compile-time and less at runtime FTW!
More like just run your code through http://github.com/facebook/prepack … and get all the benefits of any hypothetical babel plugin for free.

That's fine for me. I just want more done at compile-time. I haven't tried prepack yet, but I know Babel can enable this really well.

Prepack against RxJS code is actually pretty nuts.

I *think* some of the optimizations that emotion runs are not possible with prepack. e.g. css('foo-1234', []) => 'foo-1234'

I mean Prepack doesn't currently support DOM primitives. But if it did there's no reason it couldn't reduce that.
