The name is weird. I presume it'd be JS only but ASTs are universal. Agree with
@RReverser that ECMAConf sounds better.
Also it's weird to have a conference for a data structure... May as well have ArrayConf or LinkedListConf

But jokes aside, I haven't found ECMAScript AST as easy to work with as Arrays / LinkedLists. An AST wrangling conf would be interesting.
