I've been writing a lot of ESLint rules lately and have really been missing the @babeljs plugin APIs. API feels really crippled. Babel-lint?

Lol my suggestion would be to literally just copy the whole API. Most of ESLint is the API/rules and you just need a thin wrapper around fs.
