I accidentally changed my App Store country and now can't play Apple Music and can't switch country back without cancelling Apple Music wtf

Yup! Encountered all of this when I moved to London. I had an Apple Music trial and had to wait for it to finish to cancel my subscription

Same thing here, moving from Australia to London, and it's totally bananas. Software doesn't love a sea change, apparently.
