I accidentally changed my App Store country and now can't play Apple Music and can't switch country back without cancelling Apple Music wtf
The only way to change your PayPal country is to delete your account and make a new one

Yup! Encountered all of this when I moved to London. I had an Apple Music trial and had to wait for it to finish to cancel my subscription
