Yup, so badly organised. Trains are always delayed leaving because of the terrible queueing system.

I also went to the McDo just outside it. That was just as badly organised. Separate queues for self-orders. _Unbelievable_

I realise that actually sounds really well organised. Just not when it's round the corner and you've waited 20 mins for your meal.
