      Pretty toxic for diversity IMO. Juniors aren't juniors forever. Targetting a recruiting website at "seniors" is pretty daft.

      To clarify, these are companies I've experienced to actively discriminate against juniors.

      Could always have a ratio of each for a a job fair. Restricting it on something digital is just silly.
