Are there any good tech recruiting platforms that accept junior devs? All the major ones tout "#1 recruitment platform" but ignore juniors.
Pretty toxic for diversity IMO. Juniors aren't juniors forever. Targetting a recruiting website at "seniors" is pretty daft.

specially since most seniors already have a job they like, dunno who said it but "you don't hire seniors, you train your juniors"

Might want to check out http://blendoor.com and interviewing.io, both platforms that prioritize folks with non-traditional backgrounds.

They also both use anonymity as a tool to help overcome bias, which is pretty great IMO.

I agree. Anyway learning isn't always easy. Devs who forgot about how starts can hard are toxic as well.

Agreed. My first dev job was the lucky result of meeting a Sr. Dev at a neighbor's bonfire, before that I was having no luck.
