Pretty toxic for diversity IMO. Juniors aren't juniors forever. Targetting a recruiting website at "seniors" is pretty daft.

This is such a widespread problem. Junior devs have little to no access to opportunities unless interning via or graduating from Ivy League.

Doing contract work to gain experience is also a viable option. Either freelance via something like fiverr or through a talent agency
