Some company is sponsoring Babel and thinks that bought them the right to flout me around and use me to promote their company in a blog post
News flash: Sponsoring OSS shouldn't be about promoting your own company, it's about paying your dues to the tools you use to profit.

They do not have the right to use your image. But sponsoring OSS can be about whatever the sponsor or donor decides.

Open collective isn't helping by putting logos and faces on repos. It really feels like an ad for donors. Plus, they do have sponsor levels.
