Prepack has had several iterations. This one is based on a hackable interpreter by @sebmck and later realized by @nikolaitillmann et al.

It doesn't currently support DOM primitives so if you touch the DOM on init then this wont work. The code produced might actually be...
larger in byte size but it'll startup faster. Caching and service workers make this a good tradeoff.

Yes. It's complimentary to other optimizing compilers.
