What's your preferred code editor to embed on websites? Codemirror, Ace, Monaco, something else?

Monaco. It's the most battle tested by far I've found
it's unfortunate it's so hard to use. I don't really want to have to setup require.js and mess around with module resolution

I find Monaco's strength is in exceptional cases (large files, files with very long lines…) Might not be relevant?

both are necessary for my use-case. it's just hard to use monaco because of it's module loader not being commonjs
