I switched my mouse to the left years ago, use an ergo KB (MS sculpt), cut back on couch slouch & use a desk at right height.

make sure your elbows are bent at a 90 degree angle for the perfect desk height, use a wrist brace (p cheap on amazon), take breaks

yeah, taking breaks is really important. Even resting you hand fully for a couple of seconds every half hour/hour can help.

get your keyboard at the right angle

the microsoft natural/ergonomic keyboards are excellent. but laptops are fine with good typing posure
