My JS interpreter now passes 4338/16480 (~25%) of test262 (the test suite used to verify JavaScript spec compliance) 
@bradleymeck yep. it uses low level primitives so it could easily be ported to another language.

@sebmck doing a similar project, not interpreter but codegen. Some things are hard to do; would love to hear what route you are taking. -
@sebmck does that mean you don't use prototype inheritance in your interpreter? Since that can be a bit tricky for other languages. - 1 more reply
