@sebmck it's not the same at all, both in content or in use being that it is regarding a company rather than a foundation.
@mikeal i meant that if you pursue litigation against the entity involved then your patent rights are revoked. apache 2 has the same clause.

@sebmck the third clause says that if facebook or subsidiaries *sue you* it is also revoked. -
