@sebmck @raganwald If you were to look at London by neighborhoods, I think you'd see a distribution similar to SF area.

@sebmck @raganwald No homeless in Holland Park or Moraga, lots in East End or SF. If you see SF as a (large) neighborhood in Bay Area, ...

@JT_Grimes @sebmck @raganwald yep,this stat ignores many variables that account for the skew - weather, subsidies, and law are major factors
