@iamdustan @dan_abramov no, it completely goes against the idea of presets and brings us back to terrible babel 5 transformer toggles

@sebmck @iamdustan What is a good way to tweak some options for my lib? Is publishing my own preset on NPM the only way?

@sebmck @iamdustan e.g. I want everything from es-2015 but loose, and I want to change commonjs to be strict
