@mikeal Correction: No-export ES modules. If HasExport is the check, then a lack of one == CJS == status quo @sebmck @caridy @domenic @rvagg

@caridy The only edge-case that doesn't cover is ES modules (implicit strict) that have no imports/exports. @mikeal @sebmck @domenic @rvagg
