@atticoos @dan_abramov the UI encourages drive by issue creation. no support for issue templates. can't add banners to new issue screen etc

@sebmck I s'pose it does funnel users into 3 places. the source, the issues, the PRs. One is likely there for the README or to open an issue -
@atticoos babel README is short with big headings, CONTRIBUTING.md had big text telling saying not to open issues for support. doesn't help.
