Does anybody know of any JS libraries for drawing network graphs with tens of thousands of nodes and hundreds of thousands of edges?

@sebmck Cool! How much time did it take to draw? Is that pure D3?
@rreverser I used http://cytoscape.github.io/cytoscape.js/ which is really good. I did the layout calculation offline for that graph though.

@sebmck How did you precalculate graph btw? (what tool + how long) -
@rreverser You can run cytoscape on the server. That graph took well over an hour because of the amount of nodes and position recalculation.
