@sebmck What was the reason for forking Acorn in Babel?

@rreverser@marijnjh I ended up adding so many extension points that I completely mangled the Acorn codebase.
@rreverser @marijnjh Also may be moving away from ESTree so this gives a lot of additional flexibility.
