Darn, @JSHint is basically unusable if you're using stage 0 language features. That's a shame. I wish they would follow the lead of @babeljs

This will ultimately be the nail in the coffin for @JSHint. @babeljs-compatible tools will eclipse it in popularity, if they haven't already

@mjackson if a small subset of devs used @JSHint i’d be concerned, but that’s not the case, so I’m not. Stage 0 is literally nothing.

@rwaldron are you saying you think @JSHint has a future? Do you work on it?

@mjackson i don’t think you even understand what a “Stage 0” proposal is, maybe go learn that before complaining about it

@rwaldron you're focusing too much on "stage 0". I'm saying your whole approach to the future feels rigid. Why not use a --stage flag?

@mjackson There's significant maintenance burden associated with supporting any old feature. @rwaldron
