@sebmck question: any chance that babel might output a flag that indicates if it did any real transformations on the file or not?

@sebmck but a single true/false flag could be tracked during parsing, in theory right?
@getify Well Babel can still, and does, transform non-ES2015+ nodes.

@sebmck whatever transforms babel does, i want a build tool to be able to know easily/efficiently if any transforms happened or not. -
