do i know anyone with detailed knowledge about the spec for SourceMaps? unless i misunderstand, both uglify & babel are non-conforming.

@sebmck i think settings passed in from babel to SM may be wrong.

@sebmck one current confusion: what value should be set for `sourceMapName` option? by name, seems like "foo.js.map", but not by spec. -
@sebmck also, babel doesn't appear to have an option to set the sourceMappingURL comment value, and it auto-decides to data-URI it. - 11 more replies
