          @sebmck curious why the 'strict' and 'arrowFunctions' transforms are the most expensive? and why took longer after the optimization?

          @amasad So am I. The `strict` time includes scope building so it's the fault of crappy logging and `arrowFunctions` shouldn't even be ran.
