      @codemixers @babeljs AFAIR sweet.js uses esprima which has different token format, so you will need to build own interop layer anyway.

      @codemixers @rreverser I don't understand why people want macros in the first place. Only reason I haven't really looked into it.

      @sebmck @RReverser macros are insanely useful if used judiciously. consider things like debug builds with additional logging etc

          @sebmck @RReverser one is shorthand for fast iteration, here's an ugly example - https://github.com/codemix/fast.js/pull/21 … - emulates `.map` with a for loop
