import url from "./whatever.jpg" import html from "./some.md" import str from "raw!./some.js" So ... I gotta admit I love this stuff, but did we jump the shark here with JavaScript build tools? Should this stuff happen outside the JavaScript module bundler?
https://github.com/tc39/proposal-module-attributes … wouldn't necessarily make this nicer but it'd at least be specced out and extensible

Oh interesting, I had no idea. The wasm case is really compelling. Whenever I get critical of this loader stuff, I remember that node kinda started it: var obj = require("./something.json")
