Also you don't know Sebastian life and neither do I, he may have debts and not get a mortgage that you clearly were able to get "You are rich u dont get to say this" is a terrible take to someone you know nothing about but his position, you are a senior engineer too!
Yeah I have literally no desire in publicly discussing my personal finances. Seems like these privileged landlords have no problem talking about the n houses they own though.

Without discounting the importance of the very real issues addressed, none of the blanket statements being made here by anyone are at all helpful (with the exception of this one). Y’all have a big platform. It’s stressful times. Perhaps a good time to take a pause?
