Thanks for the dig – I haven't had time to yet. I wonder if including minification is actually planned, or if it'll pass the baton to something like Terser. Seems like it could do well just to worry about DX and assembling output scopes, putting Terser (&yours) in prime position.

Not really. Only consequence is having it in a Facebook org since it’s MIT licensed. Might be able to have it in the dedicated romejs org later too.
