One question for @sebmck tho, would it be possible to use the pieces of Rome *outside* of Rome? That to me is a compelling story that challenges the notion of the opposite.
Specific pieces like the compiler will be available for usage in Webpack, Parcel etc. Possibly other pieces too but want to keep them limited and only where there's a lot of value.
