People seriously overestimate the value companies place on open source work and things that do not effect their bottom line. Where are all these altruistic companies paying six figures to do whatever you want???

Not entirely sure would need to check. But in the end we’re building a product for our users, not libraries for engineers. We do encourage our engineers to open source their work where it makes sense and we make the results available for others in the community.

@CarsonMckinstry invested a lot of effort (multiple months) into building a library we needed. We open sourced it before it is production. He decided to build it because he believes it’s the right thing to do.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
