Not really. I sit by a window that has automated shades controlled by facilities. Even closed there’s a lot of ambient heat. What aspects do you mean?
I think maybe it's a matter of "fighting the system (office) vs I made my system (home)" --- because you could have different lighting at your desk, a space heater / fan, or noise canceling headphones.
