Why do you refuse to use webpack ? Is it just a formulation or is it motivated by something else ?

Toxic management and I genuinely believe there are better existing solutions out there.

Sry if you’ve got that impression.. Personally speaking, we’re trying our best and we spend a lot of our time (for free, even) to make it better. Is there anything in particular we can improve?

Kick Sean Larkin from the project. He continues to poorly represent Webpack and have awful interactions with many members of the community.

Going to bring this up, if that’s the case, he should try to make better judgements. Speaking in context for the entire web, it’s important not only to webpack, but for the rest of community and for bundlers that we communicate well and friendly to each other. 1/2

Competition is always good, but so is communication. We’re all trying to make the web better, so being **very** unfriendly about competition is not good for the community. 2/2

Sean regularly talks and harasses anyone who criticizes Webpack, or works on a "competing" solution. If he's making me feel uncomfortable, a privileged person who has built popular JS tools before, imagine how it must feel as a URM or someone who isn't popular.
