ReactConf was a lot of fun but spending a weekend in Vegas made me Very, Very Tired. There’s something about it that sucks the soul out of you. Casinos must be guarded by the Dementors.

Plus the amount of walking you have to do in order to go past the slot machines and towards the conference rooms.
Luckily for ReactConf it was at a resort on the edge of Vegas in a secluded area. No casino or slot machines to speak of.

Good to hear, I remember having foot pain after having to walk past hundreds of slot machines in order to actually get to see the cool stuff like inside of Luxor or Paris.

Yeah it was kind of our idea to spend weekend on the Strip. Won’t do again.
