There is a second HDMI port "conveniently" located at the back of the TV BEHIND the mounting plate. You have two options to insert your HDMI cord. The first is to squeeze your hand in and wiggle it around. It's really hard but with enough patience you can do it.pic.twitter.com/dSYoronvpQ

The second, which I have not tried (due to lack of a screwdriver), is to remove the two screws preventing the TV from being lifted off, and then removing the mounting plate and putting it. If you're happy being potentially liable for buying a new TV then go for it lolpic.twitter.com/63J6Npcbpj

You would think plugging it in would be all you need to do. But none of the HDMI ports will be active. You need to turn off "LodgeNet" which is the custom hardware/software they use.

Oh and make sure you plug that shit back in when you leave or else you'll annoy the next guest and create unnecessary work for the hotel staff.

I bought very slim mount for my TV, so it closest to the wall as possible. Looks awesome, almost like TV is glued to the wall. Problem is, to connect something I need, ideally, 3 people. 2 to grab TV and hold it, and 1 to connect another device to its back and then mount back T_T
