Why? If GitHub Enterprise was in a box on a shelf at Fry's, and every year ICE came and bought a box, would you be upset with GitHub? GitHub isn't going to change ICE's policies. Americans holding our government accountable will, and it's the only thing that can.

ICE policies simply reflect positions of people who were elected. They were elected by among other things buying targeted access to manipulate voters through social media.
