Yeah, technically you're somewhere near a freelancer doing this, or an employee + freelancer. Either way, you'll need an accountant and a lot of other hassle. (That's why I put >= my current salary for me to do open-source full time in a recent poll)

I’d open a company in Denmark (or similar). It’s easy, cheap (~100 EUR), no accountant needed, and ready in a day. Expenses can be deducted (incl. salary), ~20 % tax on leftovers. Treat yourself as an employee or freelancer of it depending on what’s easiest privately.
