I just remember that show being gross af. Like, one or two cool, scary stunts, then "ok now eat a pig's small intestine raw"
The gross challenge is always the middle one. I think they're mostly fine. The only part I object to is when it's eating live animals. Would never happen today.

Even if it did, safety concerns would certainly exist. You have to be careful with that stuff, and there's a reason raw meat consumption is heavily monitored and regulated.

Nothing about the show seemed unsafe to me. They did a lot of camera tricks to make the stunts seem more unsafe than they actually were. I also recall hearing them mention receiving vaccines and shots before and after anything food related.
