When Lerna changed their license to forbid usage from ICE collaborators a lot of people got angry because it was no longer free software" and was "mixing politics and sofrware". Big fuck you to those people. Would love to see a more formalized version of that license.

Because the main effect of that kind of protest is harm to open source. It does not help the kids one bit, it does at most mildly inconvenience the people you want to hit..
