When Lerna changed their license to forbid usage from ICE collaborators a lot of people got angry because it was no longer free software" and was "mixing politics and sofrware". Big fuck you to those people. Would love to see a more formalized version of that license.
That's why I said formalized process. No idea what it would consist of and would likely have to be specific instances of human rights abuse and strong criteria on removal and addition. I will likely not be the one to create this license.
