Who is going to be authority that decides what's moral and what's not? Eg Australia is a horrible polluter and operator of detention camps for refugees. Should we include Australian government in the list? What about Hong Kong or Russia who are violently suppressing dissent?

I just question the ethicality of applying it to ICE and ignoring any other bad things happening.
I don't find the argument of there being other bad things to be very compelling. Maybe those should be included, it's what I tried to allude to with "formalized license" in my first tweet.
