Respect for saying this. Since code is political, how do you balance these feelings with helping Facebook? They contribute to the same issues by using surviellence to influence how people vote?

My employment at Facebook is luckily strongly tied to production of open source software that I would be unable to produce elsewhere. If I quit then I would want to do the same work elsewhere except now FB can profit off my work AND replace me with someone who could do anything.

Who is going to be authority that decides what's moral and what's not? Eg Australia is a horrible polluter and operator of detention camps for refugees. Should we include Australian government in the list? What about Hong Kong or Russia who are violently suppressing dissent?

It doesn't have to be a slippery slope. Just because an anti-ICE license exists doesn't mean it has to get more fragmented, and if there is another political and social issue serious enough to match it, then yes maybe there should be a new anti license.
