The bars are hyperlinks to the file, you can hover for the filename. For accessibility, a non-TTY environment the bars have the number that corresponds to the legend. However, I would like to converge and add the legend numbers always.

Good idea! That might work much better for larger graphs too (I struggled to find a good example that looked good with the current layout/measuring algorithm).
