USCIS: constantly surprised at how competent and friendly the process is. You expect DMV or Post Office -style chaos, and it's always just quick and efficient. Even their website is good. (USCIS is US immigration)

So far my interactions with USCIS have been killer. All of my IRL appointments have been really quick and efficient. No bullshit, appointments are at the exact time, and the facilities are maintained super well. (Only experience in San Jose and Oakland).
