I have given these sort of people nicknames in my head. Team behind where I sit has a VC unit on a desk with an always on live feed to New York. They always feel a disproportionate need to shout when communicating.

Although it doesn't happen often, sometimes you just have an idea and need to bounce it off colleagues. All meeting rooms within a mile are usually all taken, if that would be a go-to suggestion. -
I'm completely fine with conversations at desks. The specific cases I'm referring to are either consistently loud and disruptive or those that can be heard from 5 rows of desks away.
