100% this is not "toxic masculinity" (an overused phrase anyway). It's humor. The joke is that it is so over the top.

I simply can't imagine anyone rocking a bag like this without a wry smile. It's like the tactical gearing up scenes from 80's action movies; so clearly over the top it's silly. Phrases like "active doodie" and "tactical baby gear" and the ridiculous picture make it a joke to me
