Theres a way to call Babel-parser to get all the tokens. I've used it before to wrap them with ansi colors etc.

Ah that's a good alternative. Bit more work. But I'm only doing analysis so the tokens should work... I recall you can find the association tokens of a node while walking the tree so I can tag em and look them up later.
