Does Rome have a “run as a web server + page” mode? I wonder if that could open up some interesting extra UI affordances
It doesn't but it's something I've been thinking about a lot. There's some great visualization opportunities for test coverage, bundle analysis etc.

Yes! When Rome is open sourced there will be a lot of pieces missing and incomplete. This will be one of them.
